Excellent service, I got an upgrated car-rental, perfect on time for the delivery; I am a professionnal in tourism & even got a car-rental dept in my compagny. I won`t use any reduced coupon for my next rntal as the rates are incredible low! Motor roads even organised my private transfer from Bansko to Blagoegrad for exactly half-price from a taxi! Dear MOTOROADS Team, I would like to thank you for the efficient and professional service you provided for me and my family last week. I booked a car for collection from Russe train station at 8pm on the night before we were due to leave. The car arrived on time, the GPS was set to English and the car was perfect for requirements. Your colleague, her name I have forgotten, (sorry) who delivered the car was friendly, and very helpful, setting the destination on the GPS, she even offered for us to follow her as we drove to our guest house.
