We have used MOTOROADS three times to rent a car so far. The staff have always been very polite and professional. Although not particularly new, the cars we rented were decent, we had no problems whatsoever. We find the pick up and drop off at an address of our choice very convenient. Overall, the service is very good value for money ( they really don`t charge anything on top of their "final price " the way many companies do). We definitely recommend MOTOROADS and will definitely use their services in the future if we need to rent a car in Bulgaria. Car rentals

very professional and friendly service - we used MOTOROADS first to rent a car - we were able to organise it at a good rate even though pick up and dropping point were different - they were there on time and sms-ed us in advance to double check. We also used them as taxi from Byala to Sofia - here again, on time and professional - We had had bad experiences in the past in Spain with supposedly low cost companies such as Gold car who pretend to give you cheap rates and then add up all kinds of things to make it as expensive as others and are very very unfriendly (+ ask you to give the car back with an empty tank! but charge you for a full tank at their rate at the beginning). MOTOROADS charge you exactly what they tell you they will charge you in advance and do ask you to give the car back with a full tank (and give it to you with a full tank). Our contact spoke English very well and was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend MOTOROADS (had also been recommended to me by the owner of the house we rented in Byala) Car rentals

We were met very efficiently at Plovdiv Airport (our flight was very late, but the MOTOROADS representatives were there). All the aspects of our car hire were carefully explained in good English and the car was fine and perfect for our needs. At the end of the hire, we were again met at the airport at exactly the right time, our deposit was returned on the spot, and everything was conducted in a very pleasant and efficient manner. Would highly recommend MOTOROADS to anyone travelling to Plovdiv Airport, especially as the only `big name` hire car company closes before the Ryanair flights arrive/leave! Car rentals
